I wonder why didnt the Ottomans ever attempt to create a heavy Infantry unit to combat the europeans. Sipahis were the closest we got, but Ottoman military with full plate armor would look so cool and badass. As far as I know the only Ottoman Sultans - Mehmed II and Suleiman I were the only Turkish leaders to use full plate armor in battle......
